Recipe ingredients:

  • Salt: As per taste
  • Oil: For frying
  • Chopped Onion: 1 small
  • Capsicum: 1/4 Chopped
  • Green Chilly: 1 chopped
  • Red Chilly Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Chat Masala: 1/4 tsp
  • Potato: 2 Boiled
  • Cumin Powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Mint Leaves: 4 chopped

How to make Bread Rolls:



  1. Smash boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.


  2. Add chopped onions, chopped capsicum, chat masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.


  3. Mix well.


  4. Remove the sides from the bread slices.


  5. Wet the bread edges with water and place some stuffing on the bread.


  6. Roll the bread from all sides and cover properly.


  7. Deep fry the rolls till they are golden brown.


  8. Server with ketchup, coriander chutney.
