Recipe ingredients:

  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Butter: 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric: 1 tsp
  • Chopped Onion: 1 Nos
  • Capsicum: 2 Nos
  • Bun: 2 Nos
  • Processed Cheese: 2 Cubes
  • Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilly Powder: 1 tsp
  • Tomato: 1 Nos
  • Garam Masala: 1 tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Pav Bhaji Masala: 1 tsp

How to Make Cheese Masala Bun:



  1. Heat butter and oil in a pan.


  2. Add chopped onions, chopped capsicum, ginger garlic paste, salt, tomato and stir well.


  3. Add pav bhaji masala, turmeric, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander and stir well.


  4. Add lime juice and smashed the vegetables.


  5. Cut the buns into halves and apply butter on both the sides.


  6. Roast the buns slightly.


  7. Apply one layer of dry masala between the buns and second layer on top of the buns.




  8. Garnish with ample amount of grated cheese and coriander on the buns.



Tip: Serve hot.
